Any estimate provided by RedOak Simi Valley Concrete is based on a site visit and the project details known at that time. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties before work begins.
Prices may change if site conditions differ from those observed during the initial estimate, if you request changes to the scope of work, or if material costs change materially between the estimate and the project start date. Any price changes will be discussed with you and confirmed in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit timelines, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any schedule changes to you as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations made after a deposit has been paid may result in forfeiture of some or all of the deposit, depending on the work already performed or materials already ordered. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your project contract.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a project if site conditions are unsafe, if access to the work area is not provided as agreed, or if payment terms are not met.
Payment terms are specified in the written project contract. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be stated in your contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work until payment is made.
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and permit fees may be added where applicable under California law.
For projects that require a building permit under the applicable municipal code,RedOak Simi Valley Concrete will apply for and coordinate the permit on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in the project contract. If a project requires homeowners association (HOA) approval, that approval is the responsibility of the customer. Work will not begin until all required permits and approvals are in place.
