Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by RedOak Simi Valley Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
RedOak Simi Valley Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk installation, stamped concrete, concrete repair, foundation work, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. Any changes to the agreed-upon work scope will be documented and require your approval before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.
Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project at the time of estimate. While we strive to meet all deadlines, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.
Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. All workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and will be detailed in your service agreement.
Property Access and Site Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for protecting any items you do not want disturbed. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during the project, but we recommend removing or protecting valuable items near the work area. You must notify us of any underground utilities or special site conditions before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project at any time before work begins with written notice. If materials have been ordered or work has commenced, you will be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased specifically for your project.
Liability and Insurance
RedOak Simi Valley Concrete carries appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We will provide proof of insurance upon request. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, and we are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
Permits and Regulations
We will advise you if permits are required for your project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, obtaining necessary permits is the responsibility of the property owner. We will ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
